Tennis Channel and Stadium will present live daily coverage nationally in the U.S., while WLOS-TV will carry the matches locally in Asheville.

Play will begin at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday’s two singles matches will pit each country’s No. 1 player against the other’s No. 2. Sunday will feature the two reverse singles matches – No. 1 vs. No. 1; No. 2 vs. No. 2 – followed by a possible fifth-and-decisive doubles match. Ball KidS selection

As we prepare for the return of Women's Pro Tennis with the Fed Cup, local tennis juniors have been practicing hard to perfect their professional ballkid skills. With the help of UNCA players and many volunteers, we have been conducting training sessions at the Grove Park Inn.

Over 40 kids tried out for the ballkids squad. We could only keep 20. They represent a wide variety of local schools.

Final practice session will be held Thursday February 7 at the US Cellular Center when the court is down where uniforms & credentialing can be picked up.
