City annouces updated court sharing schedule

Update on Pickleball-Tennis-Bike Polo Court Hours

Balancing the incredible popularity of pickleball, tennis, and bike polo with the well-being of our city’s residential neighborhoods is a top APR priority, so we recently standardized operating hours for mixed-use courts located in dense residential areas.

What to Know:

• New Hours: Operating hours for courts in Malvern Hills, Montford, and Kenilworth parks are now 8am-9pm

• Lighting: Automatic timers for any court lights at these locations shut off at 9pm

• Updated Signs: Temporary signs were installed on court gates last week so current players are aware of these changes with permanent signs on the way

These courts are in shared public spaces within neighborhoods. Please respect nearby residents by keeping noise levels down and refraining from yelling.
